Professional Page Font
Included in this archive are complete Professional Page Fonts, both Postscript
and Amiga format bitmap fonts plus the necessary .metric file. Put the bitmap
font in your FONTS: directory (the one in effect when you run PPage). The
Postscript font (*.psf) must go in a directory call 'PS' within your assigned
CGFonts: logical directory (ie. CGFonts:PS/). With older versions of PPage,
you may have to rename the Postscript fonts to add the extension of
.psfonts and if the name becomes to long, you may also have to edit your
psfont.alias file and edit the Postscript FontName entry to a shorter name.
(read: It's simpler to upgrade;).
The included font is, to the best of my knowledge, either 'Shareware' or
'Public Domain'. If you discover otherwise, please let me know. I can be
reached on most of the Kansas City BBS's or phoned (913) 642-6348. The
method I used to convert these fonts (from MAC and IBM formats) is much to
detailed to be discussed here. I may write a Tutorial on this sometime in
the future. This font has been tested and performs fine with my HP IIP w/HP
Postscript cartridge, but no guarantees whatsoever.
Enjoy,
V. Keith Warden
